Tell us what you like most about the SAA Creche? |
I like their school/ creche hours. they are convinient with my working hours.
i like the fact that they know how to communicate with a child who doesnt understand english.
i love the friendlyness of the staff at creche.
i also love the fact that the kids dont feel cold in winter, because their aircons are working perfectly.
i like tha fact that they pray in the mornings. they really taught my son how to sing and pray.

Tell us what you like least about the SAA Creche? |
i dont like the quantity of food they give our kids, my son is usually hungry and thursty when i pick him up.
i also dont like the way that the creche communicates with the parents, i never know what is going on with the creche. one example i can give is that we were told about a photo shoot ( via a letter from the teachers, which i dont have a problem with) for some reason the photo shoot got cancelled, and they never told us about the new date. i send my son to school without uniform and he had to take a picture wearing another childs uniform and i knew that he had a photo shoot after it happened. They normally write the information on a board, so if you miss the information written there you will never know what is happening.
My biggest problem with the creche is COMMUNICATION. i feel that im always in the darkness.
I also dont like the fact that the gate is always opened. yes they installed a new finger print system and cameras but its useless if the gate is always opened. The parents are to blame on this one, because they never close the gate after opening it.

Do you have any recommendations for enhancing the SAA Creche Programme and facilities? |
i wish that they can remove the gates and put in turn style gates, like the ones that SAA has. this way parents wont be able to leave the gate opened. and it will be harder for a stranger to enter the premisses. i also would like the Gate leading into SAA to be opened because its time consuming to have go around to the creche to fetch a child while there is a gate closer.
i wish they can put the extra mural activities in to action, when we register we are told that they have those activities but not even once have i heard my son saying he plays music at ther school, he only talks about soccer.
